Description
Crispy and flavorful potatoes made with Lipton onion soup mix, cooked in an air fryer for a quick and easy holiday side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, onion soup mix, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for another 10-15 minutes until crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray potatoes lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Works best with baby potatoes or cubed russet potatoes.
