Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Spoon mixture into small molds or shape into bite-sized portions.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Top with cotija cheese, cilantro, and lime juice before serving.
