Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen Swedish meatballs
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, cream, Worcestershire, mustard, and spices.
- Combine cooked noodles, meatballs, and sauce in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
