Description
A quick and easy Christmas air fryer tuna and mushroom casserole for a festive meal.
Ingredients
- 1 can tuna (5 oz), drained
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mushrooms, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
- Dot with butter.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
