Description

Crispy and flavorful Creole garlic butter wings made easily in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix wings with olive oil, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place wings in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  7. Toss cooked wings in garlic butter and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • For crispier wings, pat dry thoroughly before seasoning.
