Description
Crispy and flavorful Creole garlic butter wings made easily in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Pat wings dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix wings with olive oil, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Toss cooked wings in garlic butter and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For crispier wings, pat dry thoroughly before seasoning.
- Adjust Creole seasoning for preferred spice level.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
