Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter


Instructions

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Toss wings in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. While wings cook, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  8. Toss cooked wings in the sauce mixture.
