Ingredients
- 1 cup cassava flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cassava flour, salt, and garlic powder.
- Add water and olive oil, then knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll the dough thin and cut into triangles.
- Place the chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Cool before serving.
