Description
Make crispy air-fried cheeseburger wraps with ground beef, cheese, and tortillas for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
- Lay out tortillas and divide the beef mixture evenly among them. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla in, then roll tightly to secure the filling.
- Spray the wraps lightly with cooking spray.
- Place wraps in the air fryer basket, seam side down. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with extra ketchup or dip if desired.

- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- For extra crispiness, spray wraps lightly with oil before air frying.
