Description
Crispy air fryer egg rolls filled with seasoned chicken and vegetables. A healthier alternative to deep-fried egg rolls, ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly and seal with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C). Lightly spray egg rolls with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken for faster prep.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
