Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries.
- Rinse and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Toss fries with oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange fries in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking basket every 5 minutes.
- Increase temperature to 400°F (204°C) and cook 3-5 more minutes until crispy.
