Description
Easy and quick crispy garlic bread made in the air fryer, perfect as a side or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread or baguette
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bread into 1-inch thick pieces.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both sides of each bread slice.
- Place bread slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly toast the bread before applying the garlic butter.
- Adjust garlic quantity to taste.
- Store leftover garlic butter in the fridge for up to a week.
