Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss shredded potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the potatoes evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
