Description
Crispy jicama sticks made in an air fryer for a healthy and tasty snack.
Ingredients
- 1 medium jicama, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss jicama sticks with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Arrange the sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
