Crispy and flavorful air fryer kohlrabi chips made with minimal ingredients. A healthy alternative to traditional potato chips.
Ingredients
- 1 medium kohlrabi, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the kohlrabi slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Slice the kohlrabi evenly for uniform cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
