Ingredients
- 1 whole rabbit, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Pat the rabbit pieces dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.
- Coat the rabbit pieces evenly with the spice mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the rabbit pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then flip the pieces and cook for another 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Check the internal temperature—it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra crispiness, spray the rabbit lightly with oil before cooking.
