Description

Make crispy summer rolls quickly with your air fryer. Fresh, light, and ready in 20 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 8 small cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for 10 seconds.
  2. Lay each wrapper flat and add lettuce, carrots, bean sprouts, mint, cilantro, and shrimp.
  3. Roll tightly, folding in the sides.
  4. Brush each roll lightly with vegetable oil.
  5. Place rolls in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes, flip, then cook for another 3 minutes.
  7. Serve fresh with dipping sauce.

  • Keep rice paper damp to prevent cracking.
