Description
Make crispy summer rolls quickly with your air fryer. Fresh, light, and ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 small cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for 10 seconds.
- Lay each wrapper flat and add lettuce, carrots, bean sprouts, mint, cilantro, and shrimp.
- Roll tightly, folding in the sides.
- Brush each roll lightly with vegetable oil.
- Place rolls in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes, flip, then cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve fresh with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Keep rice paper damp to prevent cracking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
