Description

Crispy tofu fries made in an air fryer for a high-protein, healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into fry-shaped strips.
  2. Toss tofu with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • Use extra-firm tofu for best results.
  • Press tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove moisture.
