Description
Crispy and flavorful cod fillets cooked in an air fryer with a zesty lemon garlic marinade.
Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat each cod fillet with the marinade.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs and paprika in a shallow dish.
- Press each fillet into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
- Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh cod fillets for best results.
- Adjust cook time if fillets are thicker or thinner.
