Ingredients
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Mix crushed pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Roll each cheese stick in almond flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Coat the cheese sticks evenly with the pork rind mixture.
- Place the coated cheese sticks in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Freeze cheese sticks for 30 minutes before coating for easier handling.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch for dipping.
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the cheese sticks with oil before air frying.
