Description
A crispy, melty double cheese grilled sandwich made in an air fryer for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place two slices butter-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Top each slice with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Air fry at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and air fry 2 more minutes.
- Remove when cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
Notes
- Use any cheese blend you prefer.
- For extra crispiness, spray bread lightly with oil.
- Cut in half before serving.
