Description
Crispy air-fried drumsticks with a tangy mustard glaze.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix mustard, honey, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks with the mustard mixture.
- Lightly brush air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on drumstick size.
- For extra crispiness, cook 2-3 minutes longer.
- Serve with extra mustard for dipping.
