A quick and easy air fryer chicken soup packed with flavor and nutrients.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Toss diced chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry chicken for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. In a pot, sauté onions, garlic, celery, and carrots for 5 minutes.
  5. Add broth, thyme, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
  6. Stir in cooked chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove bay leaf before serving.
