Description
A quick and easy air fryer chicken soup packed with flavor and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss diced chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry chicken for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- In a pot, sauté onions, garlic, celery, and carrots for 5 minutes.
- Add broth, thyme, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in cooked chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove bay leaf before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover cooked chicken to save time.
- Add noodles or rice if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
