Description
Crispy fries seasoned with garlic butter and fresh herbs, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thin fries.
- Soak fries in cold water for 15 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and thyme in a bowl.
- Toss cooked fries with garlic butter herb mixture.
- Serve hot.
