Description
A quick and delicious Greek-inspired grilled cheese made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- On the un-oiled side of one slice, layer feta, mozzarella, and spinach.
- Sprinkle oregano on top.
- Place the second bread slice on top, oiled side up.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip halfway through for even cooking.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Use thick bread for better texture.
- Add sliced tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
