Description

Make quick and tasty Korean bulgogi beef wraps using your air fryer. Perfect for a fast meal with bold flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 6-8 lettuce leaves or tortillas for wrapping


Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and gochujang in a bowl.
  2. Add beef and onion to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place beef and onion in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
  6. Serve in lettuce leaves or tortillas.
