Description
Make quick and tasty Korean bulgogi beef wraps using your air fryer. Perfect for a fast meal with bold flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 6-8 lettuce leaves or tortillas for wrapping
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and gochujang in a bowl.
- Add beef and onion to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place beef and onion in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
- Serve in lettuce leaves or tortillas.
Notes
- Slice beef thin for best texture.
- Adjust gochujang for more or less heat.
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
