Description

Crispy potato wedges topped with melted mozzarella and crispy bacon, made easy in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Place wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and bacon over wedges.
  6. Cook 3 more minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
