Description
Crispy rutabaga fries made in an air fryer for a healthier alternative to traditional fries.
Ingredients
- 1 medium rutabaga, peeled and cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss rutabaga fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot.
