Description
Crispy steak fries made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thick wedges.
- Toss wedges with oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Soak potatoes in water for 30 minutes for crispier results.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on wedge thickness.
