Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the baguette slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the tomato mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Return to the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to warm the toppings.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh, ripe tomatoes for the best flavor.
- Adjust garlic to taste.
- For extra crispiness, toast the bread a little longer.
