Crispy air fryer wings coated in a sweet and spicy apricot glaze.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Pat wings dry with paper towels
- Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway
- Whisk apricot preserves, soy sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder
- Toss cooked wings in glaze
- Serve immediately
