Description
Crispy and flavorful Vietnamese-style wings made with fish sauce and cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix fish sauce, sugar, garlic, lime juice, and black pepper.
- Toss chicken wings in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly coat wings with vegetable oil.
- Air fry wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce if desired.

- For extra crispiness, pat wings dry before marinating.
- Adjust fish sauce and sugar to taste.
