Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix fish sauce, sugar, garlic, lime juice, and black pepper.
  2. Toss chicken wings in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
