Description
A quick and easy dish featuring crispy shrimp scampi served with wedges, all made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil and paprika.
- Air fry wedges for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix shrimp with melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve shrimp over wedges.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges if desired.
