Description
Crispy air fryer potato wedges cooked quickly at high heat for the best texture and flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes (about 1 lb)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry thoroughly with a towel.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook wedges in a single layer for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For crispier wedges, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Best eaten fresh but can be reheated in the air fryer.
