Description
Crispy apple pie sticks made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into strips.
- Spoon apple mixture onto each strip.
- Fold pastry over and seal edges.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use firm apples like Granny Smith.
- Check pastry halfway to prevent burning.
