Description
Crispy air-fried egg rolls stuffed with fresh vegetables for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Place 2 tbsp filling in each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold sides inward, then roll tightly.
- Brush each roll lightly with oil.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with sweet chili sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
