A quick and easy Christmas dinner featuring tender chicken and broccoli in a creamy sauce, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add shredded chicken and broccoli florets to the sauce. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
