Crispy air-fried potato wedges topped with melted cheese and savory gravy, inspired by Italian flavors.
Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove wedges and top with mozzarella cheese. Return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to melt.
- Drizzle with marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For crispier wedges, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Substitute marinara with Alfredo sauce for a creamier version.
