Description

Crispy air-fried potato wedges topped with melted cheese and savory gravy, inspired by Italian flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Remove wedges and top with mozzarella cheese. Return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to melt.
  5. Drizzle with marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
