Description
Crispy homemade BBQ chips made in your air fryer with Kansas City-style flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Kansas City BBQ seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline or knife
- Toss slices with olive oil, BBQ seasoning, and salt
- Arrange slices in single layer in air fryer basket
- Cook at 380°F for 8 minutes
- Flip chips and cook 4-6 more minutes until crisp
- Let cool before serving
Notes
- Thinner slices yield crispier chips
- Watch closely during last few minutes to prevent burning
