A simple and healthy keto-friendly cod recipe cooked in the air fryer with lemon pepper seasoning.
Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 lemon (sliced for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Brush fillets with olive oil.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt, and paprika evenly on both sides.
- Place cod in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve.

- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
