Description
Crispy and flavorful potato wedges made in the air fryer with minimal oil. A healthier alternative to deep-fried wedges.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil and spices.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check for crispiness and cook for 3-5 more minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of your wedges.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
