Description
Crispy and flavorful Moroccan spiced drumsticks cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil and all spices.
- Coat the drumsticks evenly with the spice mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the drumsticks lightly with oil before cooking.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve with yogurt dip or fresh salad.
