Description
Crispy, flavorful potato wedges made in the air fryer with paleo-friendly herbs and seasonings. A healthy alternative to traditional fries.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Check for crispiness. Cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Best enjoyed fresh.
