Description

Crispy, flavorful potato wedges made in the air fryer with paleo-friendly herbs and seasonings. A healthy alternative to traditional fries.


Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil.
  3. Add garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  6. Check for crispiness. Cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
  7. Serve warm.
