Description
Crispy and flavorful pineapple jalapeño air fryer wings with a sweet and spicy glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, chopped jalapeño, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the wings in the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush with extra marinade halfway through cooking.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
- For crispier wings, pat dry again before air frying.
- Let wings rest 5 minutes before serving.
