Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Oil spray for air frying
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with oil.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
