Description
Crispy fish sticks with a tangy lemon and dill flavor, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or tilapia)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut fish fillets into 1-inch strips.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and lemon juice in another bowl.
- Dip fish strips in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place fish sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
