Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or tilapia)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Cut fish fillets into 1-inch strips.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, dill, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
