Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Grind Sichuan peppercorns into a coarse powder.
- Mix peppercorns, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and oil in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place drumsticks in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

- Adjust cooking time based on drumstick size.
