Ingredients
- 6 skinless chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Coat the drumsticks evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use an oil spray for even coating.
- Ensure drumsticks are not touching for even cooking.
