Description
Crispy air-fried drumsticks with a spicy brown mustard glaze.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup brown mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix mustard, honey, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks with the mustard mixture.
- Lightly brush air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place drumsticks in basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne for preferred heat level.
- Use kitchen tongs for easy flipping.
- Cook in batches if needed.
