Description

A festive and flavorful pull-apart bread filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of round sourdough bread
  • 1 cup chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bread into cubes, leaving the base intact.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mixture between bread cubes.
  5. Brush melted butter over the top.
  6. Wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen spinach (squeeze out excess water).
  • For extra flavor, add a dash of red pepper flakes.
