A festive and flavorful pull-apart bread filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of round sourdough bread
- 1 cup chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts (drained)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the bread into cubes, leaving the base intact.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture between bread cubes.
- Brush melted butter over the top.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen spinach (squeeze out excess water).
- For extra flavor, add a dash of red pepper flakes.
- Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
