Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Pat dry the wings with a paper towel.
  2. Toss wings with baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
  6. Toss cooked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes
