Crispy air-fried wings coated in a mix of sweet, spicy, and tangy Asian-inspired sauces.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Pat dry the wings with a paper towel.
- Toss wings with baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
- Toss cooked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, let wings sit uncovered in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
